Learner Helpline 0800 923 0323
The Learner Helpline is a free, confidential and impartial telephone, text and e-mail service, providing information, advice and signposting on learning and work choices for young people aged 13 – 19. People aged 20+ can call the Learner Helpline for information and re-direction to appropriate local and national adult advice services, including Community Learning Services.
Who can use the Learner Helpline Service?
For young people aged 13-19
- Information and advice on local learning opportunities
- Information and advice on careers and work
- Access to in-depth support through the Connexions service
- Free searches using FunderFinder – software that identifies charitable trusts that can provide money for people in need.
For adults aged 20+
- Information and re-direction to appropriate local and national adult advice services, including Community Learning Services.
