Units: Conduct at Work, Customer Service in Travel and Tourism, Displaying Travel and Tourism Products and Services, UK Travel Destinations, Recommending a Package Holiday, The Role of Air Cabin Crew, The Role of Overseas Resort Representative, Planning and Participating in an Event, Travel and Tourism Group Project, Planning for a Job in Travel and Tourism, Schedule, Charter and Low Cost Airlines

You will also study Personal and Social Development and Functional Skills in English,Maths and ICT.
