Young people’s views on GCSE Study Support Programme (Bristol)

January 2007.

This report presents young people’s views on the Bristol GCSE study support they received during Year 11. The report represents a major example of research that involves young people.

451 Bristol Year 11 pupils engaged in the survey and have offered their opinions about the study support programme.

Thie research was commissioned by Bristol City Council. It was co-funded by Children’s and Young People’s Services and Connexions West of England. For a full copy of the report click here

Be involved with Connexions

Do you want to be involved with Connexions? We want to make sure young people are  involved in the design, delivery, management and evaluation of the Connexions Service as it develops. Young people have already worked with us on the development of this website, leaflets and other materials and the redecoration of our Centres so they are more welcoming. Young people also come to meetings where decisions are made and give their views about Conneixons and interview staff.

If you are interested, please contact us.  We'd also like to hear from you if you have any ideas of something you would like to do. We can offer support and training to make the most of your involvement.

Click here to find our Centres or Contact Us and be involved.

We hope you like our website

We hope you like the website and find it useful, informative and easy to use. Our website will be regularly updated so you get the information you need. If you would like to comment on the website or Connexions, please Contact Us.
