Young people's charter

The Young People’s Charter states what young people can expect from Connexions West in Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. This charter has been written with the help of young people from the area.

Connexions West offers you information, advice, guidance and support about any issue that might be affecting you.

It will:
• treat you with respect.
• support you in getting your point of view heard.
• encourage you to make informed decisions.
• be caring and supportive.
• be knowledgeable about the things that are important to you.
• work with you to get the services you need.
• keep your information confidential, except when you choose to share it, or if we think you are in danger. You are entitled to see any information we have about you.
