MyPlan4Life

MyPlan4Life is a web portal providing users with access to a range of
websites.  These provide young people with information they can use to make informed decisions about where they are now and where
they want to go.

The MyPlan4Life portal can be used by learners, supporters and parents/carers.

Development of the sites is continuing.

Currently the MyPlan4Life portal provides users with direct access to:

	Available to all pre-16 young people in the West Of England area, Plan-it helps them think about skills, qualities, ambitions and careers.  It also offers tools for action planning and C.V building.
	Plan-it plus provides extension activities for Plan-it work for young people who want to know more.
	Available to some schools in the West of England Area, WEX Online enables learners to access a large database of health and safety-approved work experience placements and make electronic applications.
	Experiences of Work provides a ‘one-stop’ work experience information portal for young people, employers, parents/carers and WEX coordinators  in the West of England area. It also provides a link to the WEX Manager website.
	Futures4me is an electronic prospectus of all course and training opportunities in the West of England Area.  Users can search in a range of ways.
	Apprenticeships provides extensive information on Apprenticeships.  It enables young people to search for vacancies and make electronic applications.
