Get involved with Connexions
We want to make sure that young people are really involved in the design, delivery, management and evaluation of the services provided by Connexions West of England.
The kind of things you could get involved in are:
- Helping write and record radio adverts
- Commenting on the content and design of leaflets
- Planning the redecoration of the Connexions Centres so that young people feel more welcome and comfortable in them
- Deciding the most important things for Connexions West of England to deliver for young people and adding this to the business plan
- Coming to meetings where decisions are made and giving us your views and also representing the views of other young people
- Telling us what you think of our services
- Interviewing for new Personal Advisers so you make sure we take on the right type of staff.
If you think you would be interested in any of the above, or perhaps you have your own ideas of something you would like to do, contact your local Connexions Centre. The staff will be able to offer you support and training and also make sure your involvement is fun.
If you have more questions about how we deal with information about you, speak to a Connexions Personal Adviser.
